The MK Series Rotary Table Horizontal-Spindle Surface Grinder features a layout characterized by a fixed, rotating worktable; a dual-column crossbeam; a saddle that executes longitudinal reciprocating motion along the crossbeam; and a grinding head that performs vertical feed movements along the saddle. The overall structure is robust and compact, offering high precision, reliable performance, and excellent manufacturability, while remaining convenient to operate. By utilizing peripheral grinding with the grinding wheel, the machine enables the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece to achieve demanding standards for parallelism, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
