Warranty Service

All CNC machine tools of Maston CNC come with official quality assurance to protect your investment. Under normal operation and proper maintenance, we provide a full warranty for main components (spindle, bed, servo system) and mechanical parts. During the warranty period, we offer free remote technical support, free maintenance for quality-related failures, and free replacement of defective original parts (excluding wearing parts). Wearing parts, damages caused by improper operation, man-made damage or unauthorized modification are not covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires, we still provide reliable paid maintenance services to ensure the long-term stable operation of your equipment.
